On June 1, Mauricio Funes and Salvador Sanchez Ceren were inaugurated as President and Vice President of El Salvador. I was lucky to be on hand representing CISPES for the historic occasion, at both the official inauguration and the popular celebration at the Cuscatlan Stadium. Que viva!

A brilliant dance routine choreographed by the ArkanSASS house (and including me in a brief cameo worm appearance.) Prison Industrial Complex Rock was a dance contest fundraiser held in mid-September in Washington DC; all proceeds went to the non-profit Visions to Peace and helped a group of youth travel to the Critical Resistance conference in Oakland.
